What is the Green Deal?
The Green Deal is a government initiative that aims to improve UK domestic energy efficiency. It allows people to add energy-saving upgrades to their homes or rental properties without having to pay large upfront costs. The charges are added to their energy bills, spread out over a set period.
The ‘golden rule’ of the cost of the Green Deal measure must be less or equal to the savings on your energy bills. This means that these improvements won’t cost you extra money and will help the environment.
How can it help me?
If you want to replace your boiler, or install insulation, you can use a Green Deal loan. You can receive a loan to improve your home, and then pay it back as part of your energy bill over 25years. Since the loan is not dependant on your income, the Green Deal is available to everyone, whatever their circumstances.
Certified Green Deal Installer
Once the financing is in place, the work must be carried out by a Certified Green Deal Installer. City Technical is accredited for this step in the process. Our professional teams can carry out all Green Deal financed installations, and our decades of experience in energy efficient home improvements mean you can be confident that all work will be completed to the highest standard.
Why choose City Technical?
When comparing Green Deal Installers, it’s worth remembering that the commitment to this company is one that can last 25years. City Technical Services have the experience and longevity in the industry to ensure that any work carried out is of the highest quality, as well as a track-record of happy customers and a reputation for excellent customer service. We’re large enough to deliver, but still small enough to care.
